Questions
Do you take a percentage of what I win?
Not on any self-serve plan. You pay a flat price per submitted dispute or a monthly plan. Only white glove, where a person reviews every response, adds 15% of each win, capped at $400.
When is a percentage-based tool cheaper?
When your disputes are small. Below about $150 a dispute, a tool that takes a share of each win can cost you less, and the calculator on this page shows it.
What does Stripe charge on top?
Stripe charges a $15 fee when a dispute arrives, whatever you do, and a $15 fee when you respond, which it returns if you win in full. Those apply with any tool except Stripe's own Smart Disputes, which waives the response fee and takes 30% of the amount when you win.
